Every apartment comes with superfast broadband and utilities set up and ready to go, with a 24-hour concierge and on-site maintenance team on hand whenever you need them. There are no hidden fees, and tenancies are available from six months to five years.

Your building includes a gym, roof terraces, landscaped gardens, social spaces and work-from-home areas, all included in your rent. All of our apartments are pet-friendly, and select buildings have private dog parks and dog washing facilities on site.

Superfast broadband of up to 250 mbps is included in your rent, so you’re online from the moment you arrive. Utilities are billed separately, on top of your rent. But all utilities are set up and ready to go before you arrive which means there is no need to spend time arranging suppliers or worrying about getting connected.

Council tax is also payable separately, directly to Brent Council, unless you are exempt. We recommend getting in touch with them before you move in to let them know. You should receive a letter from them within a few weeks advising how to set up your account.

We have 8 buildings in Wembley Park: Solar, Luna, Repton Gardens, The Robinson, Ferrum, Canada Gardens, Madison and Landsby. Each has its own distinct design style, and all are located within Wembley Park, just 12 minutes from central London.

All eight of our buildings are located within Wembley Park, within easy reach of Wembley Park tube station and Wembley Stadium station. Our apartments are purpose-built rental homes, with buildings completed between 2018 and 2025. Landsby opened in 2018, followed by Ferrum in 2019, Canada Gardens, The Robinson and Madison in 2021, Repton Gardens in 2022, and our two newest buildings, Luna and Solar, both completed in 2025. Every building has been thoughtfully designed to offer a rental experience like no other.

Each of our 8 buildings has its own distinct character and design style. Solar is natural modernist luxe, Luna is modern celestial chic, Repton Gardens is botanical-inspired, The Robinson is eclectic and alternative, Ferrum is New York warehouse style, Canada Gardens is an urban country oasis, Madison is mid-century modern, and Landsby is Scandi-inspired. This variety allows each resident to find a home that is uniquely suited to their needs.

Yes. All of our buildings are family-friendly, though some are particularly well suited to family living. Canada Gardens offers an acre of green space, allotments, a pirate ship, paddling pool and a kids' play area. Solar, Luna, Ferrum and Landsby also have dedicated kids' play areas. All buildings are pet-friendly, and with excellent schools nearby and Wembley Park named one of The Sunday Times' best places to live in 2025, it is a neighbourhood families genuinely love. If you are looking for a spacious family home with outdoor space near central London, our buildings are designed with exactly that in mind.

There is no minimum stay, and your tenancy rolls month to month, so you can stay for as long as suits you. When you are ready to move on, just give at least two months' written notice. All tenancies are periodic in line with the Renters' Rights Act. If you have any questions about your tenancy, our Resident Team is always on hand to help.

Some of our apartments come furnished, so you can choose either one of our furnished or one of our unfurnished apartments, depending on which option suits you best. Furnished apartments come with high quality furniture and appliances selected from brands like Hay and John Lewis and Partners, so you can move in and feel at home straight away.

Yes. Private, secure resident parking is available in all of our buildings for a small additional monthly fee. Guest parking is also available. Free bike storage is also available in every building.
