Studio, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed apartments, with a range of different layouts and configurations in each.

Furnished or unfurnished options are available. Furniture collections courtesy of the likes of John Lewis & Partners, Ercol, Hay and more, curated by our in-house design team. All apartments come with fitted wardrobes, high-spec Samsung appliances, and bathroom fittings by the likes of Kohler. Plus in-apartment storage and intercom as standard.

The vast majority of our apartments come with either a private balcony or terrace opening out onto private resident gardens.

SOCIAL SPACES

Designed to be extensions of your home, we’ve designed the likes of gyms, gardens, WFH areas, stunning roof terraces, resident lounges and more, into your buildings to give you more space for the occasions you need it.

Open free to use WFH areas such as the more relaxed lounges and phonebooths to the more formal ‘hot desk-style’ desk space, boardrooms and the rentable office space (for a small extra monthly fee).

Complimentary high-spec gyms in your building? Tick. Each building's gym is slightly different but there are free weights, racks & resistance kit as well as the usual cardio machines & stretch areas.

Beautifully lush, cared for, secluded gardens, open to residents only. Most feature BBQs and dining areas. Places you can unwind, relax and call your own.

Stunning roof terraces with views to match of London’s skyline, the iconic Stadium arch or towards the Chilterns. From sunbathing to socialising with friends or family, they’re open to residents but also available for private hire.

Our buildings feature other social spaces, such as residents lounges, resident kitchens & private dining rooms. They’re open and also private bookable spaces.

WE MAKE THINGS EASY

Renting a new home can be a headache, so we’ve taken away lots of the usual stress with everything set up ready to go when you move in, 24hr support from concierge and Resident team. Plus an on site Maintenance team.

From virtual viewings from the comfort of your own home to in-person tours. You can choose your apartment and lease it online. Plus there’s rapid referencing and express move in within 7 days (subject to availability & referencing).

Chasing energy companies to switch takes an average of 15 days according to Ofgem, and an average of 14 days for broadband companies according to Cable. With us you’re set up ready to go from the moment you move in.

All of our apartments are pet-friendly and come with access to dog parks. Plus there are various pet services in Wembley Park from grooming, walking and minding. We charge a small additional monthly fee for each pet.

Superfast wifi up to 250mbps (upload and download speed) as standard in every apartment.

We offer in-building storage pods in different sizes for a small extra monthly fee. Perfect to store the Christmas tree, golf clubs, winter wardrobe and more.

TRAVEL

With excellent transport links, Central London is also only a 12 minute journey from Wembley Park to either Baker Street or Marylebone thanks to tube and rail.

Nearly all of Zone 1 & 2 is accessible in under 40mins from Wembley Park according to Transport for London (TfL). Our apartment buildings are all within a 12-minute walk from the Met & Jubilee lines, most being under 5mins.

Each of our buildings features secure bike storage which is free to use for our residents.

If you own a car, you can request car or motorcycle parking. This comes at an additional monthly cost. We also offer guest parking, if you have family & friends visiting, you can book guest parking via the Resident App, with a daily fee.
