'LOVE WHERE YOU RENT' RESIDENT RESEARCH

In April 2026 we conducted an extensive survey of our current and past residents to understand their rental experience with Quintain Living, what life is like in Wembley Park and if they really 'loved where they rent'. The aim was to understand what we do well, what we can do better for them in the short and long term, and finally to be able to communicate these findings to new customers e.g. London's renters.

An independent researcher designed and analysed a census-style survey of current residents. A separate survey was conducted with former residents who had left within the previous two years to understand their experience of living with us. Unless otherwise stated, all findings are derived from the results of this research. Supporting documentation, including sample sizes, question wording, methodology and calculation approaches, is held on record and available for regulatory review.
