For a limited time only, we’re increasing our Refer a Friend reward — and this time, both you and your friend can earn! Successfully refer a friend where the reservation payment is made between 30 May - 30 June 2025 and where the friend moves in on or before 30 September 2025, you’ll both receive a £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card (usually £300 for the referrer only).*

Here's how it works...
1) Get your unique referral link
Open the Quintain Living Resident App, head to the 'My Account' > ‘My profile’, and find your personal referral link
2) Share with a friend  
Share your referral link with any friend or colleague you know would make a great neighbour. They must use your link to enquire directly with us (not through an agency or verbally through our Leasing team) and have a tenancy of 8 months or more
3) They enquire with us on our website  
Using your link (which automatically includes your unique referral code), they’ll enquire with us and your name will be linked to the enquiry
4) Earn £££!  
Once your friend moves in, you'll both earn a £500 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card within 40 working days of their move-in date*

How do I find my resident referral link?
Looking to share your referral link? It's easy!
1) Open your resident app and head to the ‘My Account’ then ‘My profile’
2) Find your resident referral link – it’s ready to share with your referral code included

You can find an example of what it looks like below. If you can't see it, the app may need updating, simply log out and log back in and it should appear. Any issues, let your Resident team know.

What if my friend forgets to use my referral link?
Your friend must use your resident referral link when they enquire – this ensures you get rewarded for the referral. If your friend doesn’t use your link at the time of enquiry, the referral cannot be backdated, and you won’t be eligible for the reward. So, be sure to remind them!

How much can I earn?
The sky's the limit! There are no caps on how many vouchers you can earn, so share the love about Quintain Living, and you'll be quid's-in.

What can I spend my voucher on?
