Terms & Conditions:
By entering this competition, you agree to these terms and conditions. The competition is being run by Quintain Living (QL). The competition is open to Quintain Living residents only, excluding those who are in arrears or are Quintain staff.
The competition is free to enter and runs from 14 June 2026 to 11:59 PM on 21 June 2026.
To enter, participants must share a photo or video from the Summer Picnic event on Instagram, tagging @quintainliving and including the designated event hashtag, or submit their entry via direct message to @quintainliving. Entries must be received within the competition period to be valid.
There will be four winners, each receiving a £50 Amazon voucher. Winners will be selected by an impartial member of Quintain Ltd. staff based on creativity and quality from all valid entries received during the competition period.
The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding.
Winners will be notified within 48 business hours via Instagram direct message. QL will make reasonable attempts to contact winners. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of initial contact, they will forfeit their prize and QL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
By entering, participants agree to the use of their entry content by Quintain Living for marketing and promotional purposes, including on social media and resident communications.
The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to other participants if requested via QL and on the resident app.
QL reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. This competition and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
