Quintain Living's Resident Giveaway, Competition and Offers T&Cs
Terms and Conditions - Residents & Over 18s only
The competition is being run by Quintain Living Ltd (QL) whose registered office is at 180 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QZ.
By entering the competition, you agree to the competition terms and conditions and that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by QL or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and you agree to the use of your entry (image or video) displayed on any QL platform such as Instagram, website, blogs and resident newsletters.
The prize draw is free to enter. To enter simply complete and submit the below form. There will be two winner who will win a pair of tickets to either (The Gladiators - 29 November 2025, 7pm or Roxette 1 December 2025). Ticket winners can bring a friend but one QL resident must be in attendance for the event and may be required to show ID on the night.
The winner will be drawn at random from all completed entries received between (17:00 on 13 November and 23:59 on 20 November 2025). The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.
The winner will be notified within 24 business hours via the email address submitted in their entry. QL will attempt to contact the winner by email once via email. If the winner does not respond to the email notifying them of their win within 24hrs of the confirmation email, they will lose their right to the prize, and QL reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
Winners who do not show up to the event, without notification to QL may result in the removal from future prize draws. Tickets will be provided by the event ticketing provider. The winner agrees to the release of their initial and surname to any other prize draw participants if requested via QL. QL reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
