Quintain Living Events T&Cs

• Resident events are exclusive to Quintain Living residents only
• Each resident must reserve their own space - tickets cannot be shared or transferred. Plus ones cannot and will not be accommodated (unless stated otherwise when booking on Eventbrite)
• If you can no longer attend an event, please cancel your ticket as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours before the event, to allow other residents on the waitlist to secure a spot
• By registering for a Quintain Living resident event, you acknowledge that content may be captured featuring yourself during the event, which Quintain Living may use for marketing purposes. 

The competition is being run by Quintain Living Ltd (QL) whose registered office is at 180 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5QZ.

By entering the competition, you agree to the competition terms and conditions and that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by QL or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition and you agree to the use of your entry (image or video) displayed on any QL platform such as Instagram, website, blogs and resident newsletters.

The competition is open to Quintain Living residents who attend the Summer Garden Party resident event on Saturday 9 August. You must be 18 or over to enter. The competition is free to enter.

To enter, upload a creative picture, video or reel of the resident event Summer Garden Party on Instagram using both the tags @QuintainLiving and #LoveWhereYouRent or by emailing it to [email protected] between 13:00 on Saturday 9 August to 23:59 on Sunday 10 August 2025. There is no cap on how many entries you can make. Entries received outside of the start and close date will not be accepted. Quintain Living accepts no responsibility for entries not received for whatever reason.

There will be 4 winners who will win a £50 Amazon voucher. The winners will be decided by a panel of judges on the most creative entry that showcases the resident event Summer Garden Party.

The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. The decision of QL regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding. The winners will be informed by email or direct message within 28 days of the closing date.

The winners agree to the release of their initial and surname to any other competition participants if requested via QL and communicated in the resident newsletter. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
