Quintain Living Customer Research Claims
The claims presented on this page are based on research conducted in April 2026 among our residents and former residents.
An independent researcher designed and analysed a census-style survey of current residents. A separate survey was conducted with former residents who had left within the previous two years to understand their experience of living with us.
Unless otherwise stated, all claims are derived from the results of this research. Supporting documentation, including sample sizes, question wording, methodology and calculation approaches, is held on record and available for regulatory review.
