App Terms and Conditions – Residents & Over 18s only

Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    Offers and Perks are available to all current Quintain Living residents who are aged 18 or over and hold a valid lease.
  2. Pricing
    Offers and Perks are provided free of charge to eligible residents.
  3. Access and Use
    All offers and perks are accessible exclusively through the resident app. Quintain Living cannot guarantee the availability, quality, fulfilment, or performance of any offers provided by third-party retailers.
  4. Offer specific terms and conditions
    1. Perks+ Offers; our Perks+ platform is powered by Benefitty. The latest terms and conditions for all current Perks+ offers can be found here.
    2. Your home offers;
      1. Fantastic Services offer of an exclusive rate on cleaning services for;
        1. Regular cleaning is based on multiple bookings placed at one time. Minimum booking time of 3 hours per service in the morning and 2hrs per service in the afternoon.
        2. A one-off clean is based on a maximum of 1 booking placed at any one time. Minimum booking time of 3 hours per service.
      2. Fantastic Services offer of an exclusive rate on Handyman services. Minimum booking time of 1 hour per service.
      3. TULU; subject to availability. Download TULU app for full terms.
      4. Bloom & Wild; 20% off your first order and 10% off all subsequent orders. Excludes any delivery costs.
      5. reDONATE; available to residential addresses only. Must be over 18yrs of age to book a collection. Collection time slots are not guaranteed. Items must be in acceptable condition. See reDONATE website for full terms and conditions.
      6. Repton Garden office upgrade; must be over 18yrs old. Subject to availability. 
      7. QL laundry rooms; see terms of use posted in each specific laundry room.
    3. Neighbourhood offers;
      1. BOKI; 10% off all hot drinks. Available to residents only.
      2. BOXPARK Black Card; see BOXPARK website for specific offer details.
      3. Royal Philharmonic Orchestra Brent Membership; subject to availability. See RPO website for full terms.
      4. Mileto Caffè; 20% off takeaway hot drinks menu. Only available to residents on Monday.
    4. One Wembley Park offers;
      1. Sign up to receive the top “Family” tier offers from One Wembley Park rewards club by showing your resident fob to Guest Services at the London Designer Outlet. Full terms and conditions for specific offers can be found on the London Designer Outlet website.
  5. Support
    1. For issues relating to access of the Perks+ offers, residents should contact [email protected].
    2. For any issues relating to access of the Your home, Neighbourhood or One Wembley Park offers, residents should contact your Residents team.
    3. For any issues concerning specific retailer offers, deliveries, or services, residents must contact the relevant retailer directly (for example, retailer customer service). Quintain Living does not accept any responsibility for third-party retailer offers, services, or performance.
  6. Termination
    Access to Offers & Perks will terminate automatically upon expiry of a resident's lease.
  7. Liability
    All services are provided "as is" and on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quintain Living shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from retailer actions, offer unavailability, service failures, or any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.
  8. Privacy
    No personal data of residents (including but not limited to name, email address, or lease details) is shared with any third-party partners or retailers. All data processing by Quintain Living complies fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and applicable data protection laws. Residents may view Quintain Living's full privacy policy here.
  9. Changes to Terms
    Quintain Living reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or the Offers & Perks programme at any time.
  10. Governing Law
    These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Every current Quintain Living resident qualifies, regardless of tenancy type or length. 

Perks+ and our other offers are available throughout your tenancy, but the programme can end at any time. Any offer specific end date will be outlined with the relevant offer post. 

Specific offers may change at any time. Just check the app regularly for the latest deals! 

Yes – we don't share any personal resident data with partner retailers. Everything complies with GDPR regulations. 

If your perks and offers section is not loading, please log out and log back in to refresh your app. If your offers still aren't loading after this, please contact your Resident team.

You may need to "Join" the offer group to see the full details, including links. Simply open the offer group (Perks+, Your home, Neighbourhood, or One Wembley Park and select the star icon at the top of your screen to join the group. Once you have joined the group, all offer details should appear.

Perks+ is your free gateway to exclusive resident discounts, accessible through the dedicated Perks+ landing page in your resident app (powered by Benefitty). If you have any problems with the Perks+ landing page, simply email  [email protected] and they'll help you get sorted quickly.

One Wembley Park is a rewards club that provides offers and discounts to retailers around Wembley Park and the London Designer Outlet. As a resident, all you need to do to sign up and receive the top “Family “ tier offers is visit Guest Services at the London Designer Outlet with your fob.
