RENT OUT YOUR APARTMENT WITH AIRBNB

Heading off on holiday or spending time away? You can now list your Quintain Living apartment on Airbnb, enjoying extra flexibility and earning potential, all while keeping the security of your long-term tenancy.

HOW IT WORKS

List your Quintain Living apartment on Airbnb in just a few clicks. Simply complete the online form, add photos and a short description, and you’re ready to go. When you enter your postcode, Airbnb automatically recognises you as a Quintain Living resident.

You can rent out your apartment for up to 90 days per year, with a minimum of 3 days during Wembley Stadium event periods, giving you flexibility to earn extra income while you are away. These limits help us manage guest numbers, protect residents’ privacy, and ensure that building access remains secure at all times, so everyone can continue to enjoy a safe, welcoming community.

Your apartment, your rules. You stay in control by choosing when you host, who you welcome, and how much you charge per night. You can also decide how you manage the practical details, from cleaning and key handovers to check-in and check-out times, so everything works on your terms.
