Understanding your rent

We want you to feel confident that your rent is fair and reflects current market conditions. As part of this, we’ve updated how we review rents to make the process more transparent and consistent.

To give you greater clarity, we’ve included a guide showing the average rent range by apartment type of what new residents are currently paying for apartments similar to yours, based on our most recently agreed leases. These figures reflect real agreed rents inclusive of any concessions over the last 120 days, so you can clearly see where your new rent sits in comparison.

Please keep in mind that rents are tailored to factors such as apartment type, building and the specific features and amenities your home includes (for instance proximity to the tube, views, breakfast bars, etc.), so pricing may vary by unit, and this will be factored into your rent review.

Our aim is to be open about how rents are set, so you can make informed decisions with confidence.
